When working with VAs from the other side of the world, how do you measure productivity?
This has always been an issue in outsourcing: should you or should you not track your VA’s time working?
I have tried it both ways, and I do have a preference. I also think I’ve worked with Filipino VAs long enough to know what their stand on this, too.
