I recently received an inquiry on how they can find someone with technical skills — technical support, network engineering, AWS, cloud support. Etc.
Let me just say that these technical people are not hard to find. I know because I also have technical people on my team.
Finding someone in the Philippines with technical skills is so easy! Here are 7 simple steps to do it:
- Determine exactly what you’re looking for
- Head on to OnlineJobs.ph and browse resumes
- Post a job on OnlineJobs.ph
- Interview applicants through email
- Narrow down candidates through a test
- Negotiate terms
- Give someone a job
Easy, right?
If you’ve done these steps and still can’t find someone or don’t get a lot of applicants, consider actively looking for someone! You can do this by searching for a skill you want, and people who have these skills on their profiles would be available for you. You can then send them a message with a link to your job post.
