I recently received an inquiry about how to find someone with technical skills—technical support, network engineering, AWS, cloud support, etc.
Let me just say that these technical people are not hard to find. I know because I also have technical people on my team.
Finding someone in the Philippines with technical skills is so easy!
Here are 7 simple steps to do it:
- Determine exactly what you’re looking for
- Head over to OnlineJobs.ph and browse resumes
- Post a job on OnlineJobs.ph
- Interview applicants through email
- Narrow down candidates through a test
- Negotiate terms
- Give someone a job
Easy, right?
If you’ve done these steps and still can’t find someone or aren’t getting a lot of applicants, try actively looking instead! You can do this by searching for a specific skill—people who list those skills on their profiles will show up. Then, you can send them a message with a link to your job post.
