How To Find OFS With Technical Skills – Practical Advice

Business owners often reach out to me and wonder why they can’t find someone for their business.

I recently received an inquiry on how they can find someone with technical skills — technical support, network engineering, AWS, cloud support. Etc.

Let me just say that these technical people are not hard to find. I know because I also have technical people on my team.

Finding someone in the Philippines with technical skills is so easy! Here are 7 simple steps to do it:

  1. Determine exactly what you’re looking for
  2. Head on to and browse resumes
  3. Post a job on
  4. Interview applicants through email
  5. Narrow down candidates through a test
  6. Negotiate terms
  7. Give someone a job

Easy, right?

If you’ve done these steps and still can’t find someone or don’t get a lot of applicants, consider actively looking for someone! You can do this by searching for a skill you want, and people who have these skills on their profiles would be available for you. You can then send them a message with a link to your job post.

Take time to watch the video as I talk about these steps in detail and you’ll be on your way to finding the right OFS that’s the right fit for you.
