Fear: Why your OFS Sometimes Work Mindlessly – Practical Advice

Fear is one of the most powerful emotions. It has a powerful effect on your mind and body.

Fear can create strong signals of response.

I recently asked my team what they think the reason could be behind doing tasks mindlessly. They gave me many reasons, but five stood out. We’ll talk about one now — fear.

Fear could be the number one reason your Online Filipino Specialist is working mindlessly.

At first, I didn’t understand because fear of failing means striving to be better. If you’re worried about keeping your job, you work harder, so your boss sees your effort.

In the Philippines, fear doesn’t always inspire greatness because, most of the time, being mediocre is better than making a mistake. This is how it is in the Philippines.

Filipinos are often shy and timid, and only a handful would want to draw attention to themselves. They’ll keep to themselves and do what you asked.

If there’s any hint of trouble, some will lay low, work silently, and maybe turn a blind eye to the problem for fear of losing their job.

This is the first thing I learned from my team, and I want to share this with you, as well as a possible solution. Let’s find out in this videoWe’ll talk about another reason in the next one.
