Tips for Onboarding a New Virtual Assistant – Practical Advice

Recruiting is not an easy task, especially if you’re outsourcing. You have to create a job post, wade through the hundreds of applications, set up interviews, and ask for sample tasks.

When you’ve done all that and you’ve found that one person that’s right for your business, you’re ready to hire.

In this video, I talk about tips that you can use in onboarding your new Filipino VA. These are:

  • Tell them they’re hired.
  • Finalize the terms.
  • Daily reports.
  • The first task.

This practical advice is one of many. Head on to our outsourcing education page to catch the whole series. You can also subscribe to our blog to be notified when new videos are published. Lastly, remember to subscribe to our YouTube channel too, we’ll be releasing new videos every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.
