Maternity Leave for an Online Filipino Specialist – Practical Advice

It’s time for another practical outsourcing advice!

Let’s talk about maternity leave.

Do you know that women in the Philippines are entitled to 105 days of paid maternity leave? Not only that, but men are also allowed paternity leave for 7 days with full pay!

Now, what does this mean to you? Technically, as a foreign employer, you’re not bound by their law. But as a good employer, there is something you can do to make your OFS happy and show that you care.
