My 4 Best Tips for Finding a Great VA – Practical Advice

You don’t have to be a bodybuilder or a professional athlete to reap the benefits of weight training. When done the right way, it helps you lose fat, increase strength, and improve muscle tone. But if done incorrectly, weight training can lead to injury.

Nope, this isn’t a health tip! This is still part of a series of tips about outsourcing—particularly to the Philippines.

Just like weight training, anyone can do it. You don’t need to be an HR person or a recruiter to hire your own OFS. But outsourcing has to be done properly to get the best results. Done wrong, it could be a waste of time, effort, and—of course—money.

First, skip video interviews. Email interviews are the way to go. When you’re working, you don’t really talk to your OFSs face-to-face all the time. Most of your communication will be through email and chat. So why should the interview be any different?

Second, avoid shortlisting too soon. Casting a wider net gives you a better chance of catching a bigger fish.
