I’ve had a lot of people tell me that outsourcing is expensive. Outsourcing to them means going through a headhunter or an agency and hiring someone through them. If this is the case, I can agree that it will be expensive.

But I don’t do outsourcing like that. And the way I do my outsourcing has saved me lots of money without sacrificing the quality of work.
