What Roles Do You Need To Build A Website – Practical Advice

It’s time for another practical outsourcing advice!

This is one of the many installments for this series of tips and advice where I share what I know about outsourcing, particularly, outsourcing to the Philippines.

So, how do websites work? Do you need to hire a webmaster to build a website?

The simple answer — no.

Webmasters are a thing of the past. We now have WordPress. Not only has it has become really easy to build and maintain a website, but virtual assistants have also evolved and have added WordPress website building to their repertoire.

If you need a more advanced website, get a programmer or a designer.

Want to find out which specialist you need? I made a video explaining this and I also share the people that help OnlineJobs.ph’s website functions the way it does.

If you know who you want to hire, head on over to OneVAAway.com and I’ll help you create a hiring process that will guarantee you’ll find someone great.

This practical advice is just one of many we have in our blog. Head on to our outsourcing education page to catch the whole series.

If you’d rather check out reviews from entrepreneurs who already made the jump and have VAs of their own, here’s a list of reviews on Onlinejobs.ph.

I also have a new book that I am giving away for free, The Outsourcing Lever. It’s about how I have done outsourcing over the years. Get more information here.
