You can check on a jobseeker’s profile regarding their test results on their profile, or you can also check during your interview process with them.
You can also put on your job post that if they want to apply, they need to provide you a sample article or work (depending on the type of worker that you need) so that you may assess their English skills

What exactly are you looking for? Someone who is good in written English or spoken English or both? One way to find out is to engage them either through chat or by calling them. There are of course other ways to find out their level of English proficiency. But by engaging them through informal discussions, you will somehow get a sense of where they are in their English. This is I believe an inexpensive way of screening your potential hire.
