Sometimes, we need to tweak our game so we can be better.
Ruben Kanya is not a stranger to outsourcing, as he has been working with VAs in his business since 2014. He is the founder and Director of Invested Talent, a video production agency helping real estate thought leaders repurpose their content on multiple social media platforms to grow a reputable brand online. He is also the host of The Real Estate Experiment Podcast.
He recently hit a hiring slump, however. He wanted to grow his business but found that he wasn’t getting a lot of applicants for his job post. And then someone suggested that he do our One VA Away Challenge.
Ruben sent me a video about his experience using the One VA Away challenge — where he learned that I was the founder of OnlineJobs.ph. His OFSs are from OnlineJobs.ph.
His experience proves that no matter how long we’ve been doing something or how good we think our process already is, there is always room for improvement. And there is always someone who can share valuable input that you can use to make your process better.
We continued to have a conversation about outsourcing in his podcast, where we talked about how OnlineJobs.ph began and more!
Ready to start outsourcing? I am confident that you’ll find your own Online Filipino Specialist when you follow the One VA Away Challenge. So confident that I’m willing to give you your money back if you don’t find the right OFS for you! Head on to OneVAAway.com to get started.
I am also giving away my new book, The Outsourcing Lever. It’s about how I have done outsourcing over the years.
