Who hires Virtual Assistants? – Practical Advice

People ask me, “Who are hiring VA’s in the Philippines?”

My very first hire from the Philippines still works for me. That’s loyalty. And that’s exactly what you get when you outsource to the Philippines.

A lot of people think that big companies hire VAs. And that’s true — Google, Canva, Uber, and a lot of other big companies use OnlineJobs.ph to find VAs. But they aren’t the only ones. A lot of people turn to OnlineJobs.ph for their needs, too.

Entrepreneurs, small business owners, lawyers, doctors, real estate agents. You name it! Chances are, they have some kind of help from the Philippines. That is why calling Filipino workers VAs isn’t accurate anymore. To me, they are Online Filipino Specialists. Whatever your needs may be from:

  • customer service to your online shop,
  • help with legal documents,
  • medical transcription,

You’ll find someone who specializes in that area in the Philippines.

So, who outsources to the Philippines? Everybody!

I have written a book about how you can make use of outsourcing and get the best out of it, and I am giving it away for free. The Outsourcing Lever. It’s about how I have done outsourcing over the years. Find out how you, too, can get leverage in your life. Get more information here.

This practical advice is just one of many we have in our blog. Head on to our outsourcing education page to catch the whole series.

If you’d rather check out reviews from entrepreneurs who already made the jump and have VAs of their own, here’s a list of reviews on Onlinejobs.ph.
