It’s time for another practical outsourcing advice!
This is one of the many installments for this series of tips and advice where I share what I know about outsourcing, particularly, outsourcing to the Philippines.
Let’s talk about English skills.
Over the years, I’ve learned a lot from my OFSs. One of them is a trick on how to have an inkling of someone’s English skills with just one question.
Yes! One question. One simple question to determine what you can expect from a Filipino’s ability to communicate with you.
What’s the question? I’ll tell you the question and explain how it helps calculate an OFS’s mastery of the English language.
Like these kinds of practical advice? We have more! Head on to our outsourcing education page. You can also subscribe to our blog to be notified when new videos are published. Lastly, remember to subscribe to our YouTube channel too, we’ll be releasing new videos every Tuesday and Friday of the month.
If you’d rather check out reviews from entrepreneurs who already made the jump and have VAs of their own, here’s a list of reviews on Onlinejobs.ph.
I also have a new book that I am giving away for free, The Outsourcing Lever. It’s about how I have done outsourcing over the years. Get more information here.
