Internet marketing is the process of promoting your business and your products or services over the internet. It is the most inexpensive way to reach your target market, regardless of the size of your business.
Internet marketing is a business’ bestfriend! But internet marketing could be a lot of work, and it requires serious skills. Good thing you can find awesome Online Filipino Specialists who are experts in internet marketing.
Here’s everything you need to know on how to find your very own internet marketer from the Philippines:
- Decide what you’re looking for.
The internet is a big big place. Find out exactly what you need. Do you need a Facebook marketer? Pinterest? YouTube? SEO? You have to be specific.
- Browse resumes on OnlineJobs.ph
Look at resumes of people who have the skillset you’re looking for. Get a feel of the salary range as well as the skills that people have to offer.
- Post your job on OnlineJobs.ph
Create a title, job description, offer a salary, and pick the skills you want. Having browsed resumes before, you now have a good idea of how much to pay for the skills you need.
- Interview
My advice? Interview applicants through email. Ask a bunch of questions through email and send to a number of applicants. This way, you’ll be able to tell if they’re quick to respond, if they pay attention to details, if they’re good in English, if there are any red flags, etc. This is a way for you to weed out applicants according to your preference.
- Give a test
When you’re down to a small list of people, it’s time to give them a sample task for you to test out their skills and abilities.
- Negotiate your terms
Talk about the salary, hours, time-off, anything about the job.
- Hire someone!
Full time is the way to go.

I also have a new book that I am giving away for free, The Outsourcing Lever. It’s about how I have done outsourcing over the years. Get more information here. You can also subscribe to our blog to be notified when new videos are published.
