The world is beautiful, and when we do good in it, we get more than we give.
The same thing happens when you go out of your way to show trust and consideration to your Online Filipino Specialist (OFS) — they will feel safe and comfortable enough to trust you, and they’ll be more likely to do good work for you as well.
It’s something I’ve seen over and over again with other friends who also have OFSs from the Philippines. When your OFS feel appreciated and trusted, you’ll reap the benefits:
- They’ll refer people to you—they’ll be happy to refer their friends and family members who need services from your business.
- They’ll do what needs to be done—they won’t be afraid of taking the initiative on their own because they trust you as an employer or client.
- They’ll ensure that they’re doing their job correctly and successfully—they won’t make mistakes or waste time because they know all the work will get done by someone else eventually!
It’s incredible how much good can come back to us just because we show kindness to others!
