My approach revolves around “purposeful outsourcing.” It’s all about delegating time-consuming tasks, enabling a sharper focus on what truly matters. The Philippines emerged as my go-to spot for outsourcing, thanks to its rich talent pool and cost-effectiveness.
You should start outsourcing when you have tasks that others can handle. Consider outsourcing complex tasks like design and SEO, enabling a transition from doing everything to providing direction.
VAs from the Philippines, many are already experts in their chosen niche – I call them OFS, Online Filipino Specialists – offer qualities like integrity, loyalty, a strong work ethic, and English language proficiency.
A defined hiring process is crucial. Search for the necessary skills, post clear job requirements, and use effective questions to identify suitable candidates.
To wrap it up, my journey to a 17-hour work week (it is more like a 10-hour work week now) is a testament to the potential of strategic outsourcing.
