I started outsourcing in 2005. I’ve done it all — hired through Elance, hired contract workers, hire per-project workers, hired people in India — but it just wasn’t working.  Not until I followed a good friend’s advice — outsource to the Philippines. It was the most liberating decision I made.  My first Filipino worker made me realize that I can duplicate myself. Everything I can teach him to do, he does. And this made me realize that I don’t have to do the boring stuff, I don’t have to do the tasks I don’t like doing. I can find someone to do it. And so can you. I sat down and had a conversation with Simon Severino, CEO of the Elite Sprints and Coach to Elite Consultants.
