This show was created to empower people to build their own STR business and potentially create a passive income. It’s where you’ll learn what STRs are and how to run one, even if you don’t have a rental property of your own. She has now moved over to the BNB-Boss to bring listeners the latest on the BNB Industry. I was able to get in touch with Michelle and we got to talking about what it is that her VAs do for her STR business. And her list was endless! She has literally duplicated herself and she couldn’t be happier. And even though I was the intended interviewee, I interrupted Michelle to find out exactly what her team of VAs does in her short-term rental business.  Her VAs: 

• create the listings, 
• take care of and update her websites, 
• create bookings, and more. 

Her VAs also do the messaging for her. Being able to interact with the guests live is a crucial part of her business.  Michelle has given her VAs permission to contact and hire people in case of emergencies. Like if a plumber or an AC technician is needed for repair in one of her units, her VAs can take care of that immediately. This kind of efficiency keeps her guests happy. Everything in Michelle’s STR business is done by her Filipino VAs, from the maintenance of her properties to preparing her property’s taxes.
