How to Handle Taxes with VAs – Practical Advice

Tax compliance when outsourcing is something I know that people worry about. I tell you exactly why you need them in this video. So let’s get into it.

I’ve been outsourcing since 2005 and I can tell you, handling taxes when outsourcing is really easy.

But I have to give you this disclaimer before we continue. I am not an accountant nor a lawyer. But I’ve been through a lot of them, and they all did the same simple thing.

To be tax compliant when outsourcing, you need to do 2 things:

  • make sure your OFSs submit an invoice each month
  • get your OFSs to sign a W8BEN form

Now that you see how easy it is, are you ready to start outsourcing?
