You’ve Hired Your New VA. Now What? – Initial Hiring Communication

I wanted to share my outsourcing knowledge with other entrepreneurs. So when I started sharing what I know, I also created a video series of outsourcing tips. It has been my dream that everyone who outsourced had a great experience.

I’m bringing back the series of tips with new information I’ve learned over the years and new resources I’ve developed with my team.

The third outsourcing tip I want to share with you is how to do your initial hiring communication.

So let’s say you’ve found the perfect VA for you, and you’re ready to integrate that person into your team, what should you tell them first?

Be transparent. You should tell them about:

  • they’ve landed a job,
  • your expectations,
  • the terms,
  • daily communications,
  • time or days off,
  • give the first task,
  • salary,
  • benefits,
  • long-term expectations, and
  • onboarding requirements.

I also share my thoughts about using contracts.

Whether you’re new at outsourcing or you’ve hired a couple of VAs already, I know you’ll get something useful in this video, so don’t miss it.

You can also check out more tips with my new free ebook, OutsourcingLever. It’s out now! Read about how I learned to #OutsourceBetter over the years and how other business owners have done it as well.

If you want to know how I’m able to hire the right people almost every time, check out my 7 day challenge . I’ll walk you through the step-by-step process that allows me and my team to find the right Filipino VA.

And of course, don’t forget to check out Onlinejobs.ph . We’re the largest database of online Filipino workers. Sign up for an account today and experience what hassle-free outsourcing is really like.

Hi, i wanna ask I saw an ad on facebook about hiring a call center agent and work in Ukraine. I submitted my information. Someone called me and we had a video call in whatsapp, it was an interview. She said the company’s name is Pineda International Company. Was it legit? or scam?

      Hi Joahnna,

      Thank you for your comment

To clarify, you submitted your information on Facebook and not on OnlineJobs.ph? Because we cannot monitor job posts outside our platform.
The job post should be on OnlineJobs.ph and not anywhere else

      Hi Annaliza,

Thank you for your comment. Yes, even Filipinos based outside the Philippines may apply. But they must agree to be paid in Philippine peso and the salaries will be based on Philippines salaries.
