The third outsourcing tip I want to share with you is how to do your initial hiring communication.
So let’s say you’ve found the perfect VA for you, and you’re ready to integrate that person into your team, what should you tell them first?
Be transparent. You should tell them about:
- they’ve landed a job,
- your expectations,
- the terms,
- daily communications,
- time or days off,
- give the first task,
- salary,
- benefits,
- long-term expectations, and
- onboarding requirements.
I also share my thoughts about using contracts.
