- “Ugh! Why am I not getting any applicants?”
- “Ugh! Why are my job posts attracting the wrong people?”
Scenario 1 happens when you write a job post that so exacting, nobody can live up to your expectations.
Scenario 2 happens when your job post is so vague and simplistic that even a child can do that job.
So what’s the right balance? How can you write a job post that attracts the right number of applicants for you to make a smart choice? I’m going to talk all about that here in my latest video.
