That’s why I am amending my stance on this. I still don’t think you should do Skype interviews UNLESS
The job requires good English speaking skills, like customer support
You do the interview late in the recruiting process.
Filipinos don’t like Skype interviews. Not because they’re bad at it. They have really good reasons why they’re not comfortable with these interviews.
