Hayut Yogev’s Podcast, Reach or Miss, started out like any other interview I’ve had before. But what I especially like about this one is that it gave me the chance to talk about my other leisure pursuits, biking and hiking up mountains.
And I appreciate how she advocates for customer-centric businesses. You can’t have a profitable business without customers. And Filipino VAs are some of the best customer support professionals. So if you want your customers to love your business more, hire a Filipino VA to give them the service that they need.
In this podcast, I also talked about why I teach people how to outsource.
When I hired my first virtual assistant back in 2005, it was a revelation. I was able to replace myself. My business prospered. That’s when I realized that success is attainable for anyone when they have a Filipino VA on their side. The fact that people are able to replicate my process and found success validated my efforts. I feel successful when I see other people succeeding.
I want to help you be successful. You can start by going to OutsourcingLever.com and checking out my new book. In it, I outline what you need to do to create a successful system for hiring and managing your Filipino virtual assistants.
