Podcast (Connect, Share, Prosper)

“Hire someone to do what you don’t know how to do.”  This is the worst advice I have ever heard.  When you’re an entrepreneur, you want to lessen your working hours so you can focus on growing your business. Hiring someone to do something that you don’t know yourself is not a good call. For your business, you have to have people who know your business like you do, and do things as if you’re doing it yourself. That’s why it’s imperative that you hire someone who knows something about what you’re currently doing to get something off your plate. I sat down with Chas Wilson, President, and Co-Founder of Master Networks, Inc., to talk about the help I get to help me run my business. Chas hasn’t outsourced yet, so I’m giving him a crash course to outsourcing. We talk about:
  • how I got started with outsourcing,
  • how OnlineJobs.ph came about,
  • the business model,
  • the story behind how I realized what Filipinos are capable of,
  • how I manage my team in the Philippines, and
  • a lot more interesting stories and helpful tips.
Chas also mentions his book, Five Plus One, wherein he teaches entrepreneurs a systematic formula needed to succeed in any business.  Find out how you can benefit from our conversation by watching the video.  You can also check out more tips with my new free ebook, OutsourcingLever . It’s out now! Also, if you want to know how I’m able to hire the right people almost every time, check out my 7 day challenge . I’ll walk you through my step-by-step process that allows me and my team to find the right Filipino VA.  If you’re wondering why OnlineJobs.ph is the top choice for outsourcing and why Filipinos make the best VAs, James Dooley and Paul Lipsky give you an answer. Just click their names to read their stories.  You can also check out other stories like theirs on the blog and learn how to get started on hiring Rockstar Virtual Assistants as well.
