Podcast (EComm Leaders)

“Build something. Work on it. We have so much more potential than we thought.” If you’re only going to take away one thing from this interview, it would have to be that quote that Aaron said during the podcast.  Aaron and I have seen so many people hesitate doing more on their business or hire people to grow their business because they’re afraid of loss. What they don’t realize is what you have to lose, in most cases, is just some money and a bit of time. What you gain by taking a chance is your life. A life where you don’t have to work 40-60 hours a week. A life where you can live the life you want, afford anything you want. Other points you’ll pick up from this podcast.
  • A CEO’s job is mainly to think, not to work.  Be the one who solves problems, let other people implement the solution.
  • Our philosophy at Onlinejobs.ph is about efficiency and fairness. We like to think we’re changing lives, doing good in the world.People appreciate it when you show that you’re willing to give to good service and be fair to all.
  • Once you hire Filipino workers and see how amazing they are, your life will never be the same.
Aaron also pointed out stuff that he read in the Outsourcing Lever. If you don’t have a copy yet, just go to OutsourcingLever.com and get a copy. It’s completely free, just pay for shipping. Read it and listen to this interview again to get a better understanding of why Adam and I couldn’t stop talking about the book. Wanna know how other business owners use Onlinejobs.ph successfully? I am looking for an online job from Philippines. I have enough work experience and skills to perform. In terms of flexibility, I am amenable to work on a shifting schedule and able to meet company’s expectation base on SLA as set.
