I started outsourcing without any blueprint – I just jumped right in without even knowing if the pond was deep or if I’d find any fish there. I did it because I believed that, well, everything will just fall into place.
Fast forward to today, OnlineJobs.ph now helps millions of business owners grow their businesses by having an OFS by their side.
I understand that not everybody is like me. Not a lot of people run into a pitch-black cave without knowing what to expect, so I get why you’ll have questions you need to answer first before making any decisions.
Everyday, I get emails and questions about outsourcing that are pretty simple and don’t need a lot of hand-holding. But I understand that there are different strokes for different folks, and some look at things differently than I do.
Let’s try to simplify these things:
- Posting a job
- Narrowing down candidates
- Hiring is scary
- Taxes are a non-issue
- Trust
- How do you hire someone?
- Hiring
These things may be really simple for some, but for others, having no answers can make them not outsource altogether!
For those of you who might need a guide on outsourcing, I encourage you to do two things first. Go to OnlineJobs.ph and
- search for jobseeker profiles
- post a job.
It’ll only get easier from there!
