In fact, most of my VAs have worked for me for years. And they’ve received other job offers with promises of higher salaries. I know about it. They’ve told me about it. I’ve seen other business owners actually try to poach my VAs from me. But until now, they still work for me.
That’s how loyal Filipino workers are. As long as you treat them well, they’ll stay with you. This makes a huge difference as a business owner. When you know that you have people you can rely on to stay with you, you can afford to make big, long term plans. You can afford to be more creative and try new things because you’re not worried that your team is going to jump ship as soon as they get a better offer.
