Outsourcing is hassle free when you outsource through an agency! This is how agencies love to market themselves. They use convenience as a justification for exorbitant prices and the work they put in managing your virtual employees. But is it really hassle free?

Hiring a virtual assistant from the agency has great advantage of the agency is owned by Filipino and not by a foreigner. Agency owned by foreigners does not care about Filipino VAs benefits that’s why it folds when VA leaves. A Filipino-owned VA agency that provides full government-mandated benefits has a great advantage to both the VA and the client. Sadly, most agencies are owned by foreigners and most Filip[ino-wned agency does not provide benefits….
