One of the issues that some business owners have with outsourcing is the time difference between the US and the Philippines. So, how do you make it work?
Depending on where you are, you might have as little as 3 hours or as long as 15 hours difference. However, that won’t matter that much when working with an OFS.
You work on your own time. You respond to their emails. You give them feedback. You assign tasks.
When they’re awake, they do the work.
The best thing about it is you don’t have to micromanage your OFS. If you need to do regular check-ins, just set a time where both your schedules overlap.
Let me share how I make outsourcing and time difference work for me and my OFSs.

Hi Elaheebocus,
Thank you for your comment. You can apply for any of the jobs posted here by signing up for an Onlinejobs.ph jobseeker account (but you have to be a Filipino Citizen in order to sign-up for a jobseeker account).
