Paul Lipsky – Hiring Your First VA

Most entrepreneurs find outsourcing a luxury. They’re not too excited to outsource because they feel that it costs too much. They want to wait until, maybe, they have reached a certain amount in sales before they hire their first VA. And although it might seem like a smart way to go, excuses like “I’ll hire out once I hit $X in sales,” just stifle your company’s growth. Doing everything yourself might seem cheaper, but it’s certainly not easier. Not when you’re scrambling to keep up with the workload. You dig in your heels and tell yourself that outsourcing will just have to wait. That’s not being practical. That’s just being scared. But the truth is, waiting to hire is a huge waste of your time — time you could have spent doing more for yourself, your family, or your business. Paul Lipsky shares his experience in this video. He talks about what happened to his business when he finally decided to take the leap and hire his very first VA.  If you’re still on the fence about outsourcing, Paul’s story is very helpful. Here’s a couple more — go ahead and read about how outsourcing made everything better for James and Drew.
