My OFS Resigned After Losing Me $58,000 – Practical Advice

The OFS handling my Facebook ads made a mistake that cost my business $58,000. After that, she immediately sent me a letter of resignation. She’s been a good, reliable, and capable employee for several years now. This was her first big mistake. 

This isn’t the first time this happened. Another OFS of mine made a mistake a few years ago and his first instinct was to resign. In the Philippines, they’re so afraid of disappointing people that their instinct is to disappear. Or in our case, to resign.

But you can stop this from happening when you have a good relationship with your workers. In both cases, I talked to them. I let them know that I’m not accepting their resignation. I know they’re great workers and we all make mistakes. And if they want to make things better, the best thing they can do is to learn from their mistakes and get back to work.

That’s how my team has grown and improved over the years. You have to give your team the opportunity to learn from their mistakes. You have to give them the chance to make it up to you.

    this is my field of interest will you hire me sir/mam as a writer who gives advices to people when and where we could help them in their own personal lives
    by giving them motivation on hoew they will do better in their job orientation with trainning.
    maybe on your blogs i can give u advises not just that well collate on our ideas on our designated jobs or how we could have more jobs with more workers love their jobs as they would set a goal by going for that promotion because they well excelled on their

      Mr. Mhajhar,
      As someone who has hired two VAs, the only thing I will tell you is that “you only get one chance to make a first impression”. When you place a professional writing into the public domain and it fails to utilize standard sentence construction, i.e. capitalization and punctuation, you hurt your chances of being considered for anything that involves administration or written communication. Good luck in your search.
