Who do you hire first?
The most common advice you’ll hear is hiring someone to do the tasks you don’t know how to do.
You can do that. But in my years of outsourcing, I found that the first task you should outsource is the task that you know how to do. Find someone to do the thing that you’re already doing.
Hiring someone to do something you know how to do will give you a much better experience.
It lets you pass on the task you don’t like doing to someone else.
You should also find someone who has excellent English skills. Speaking English doesn’t have to be exceptional. But someone who can write skillfully means endless possibilities.

To make sure you find a great VA the first time, go to OneVAAway.com. I’ll guide you through the process I created, which allows me to hire a great VA 75% of the time. It has saved thousands of business owners and me a lot of time and money.
I’m also giving away a free book about how you can hire people from the Philippines to work on your business. It’s The Outsourcing Lever, and it’s free! (Just have to pay for shipping.)
