How Do I Hire A Virtual Assistant – Practical Advice

If you’re here, you might have been following my Practical Advice series. You might even be convinced to finally give outsourcing a try. After all, that’s the reason why you’ve been watching this series, right?

So, how should you start? You have a business, you know you need help, but how do you know what kind of help you’re really looking for.

In this video, I share with you 5 steps you’ll have to take to hire a virtual assistant:

  • Step 1: Define the role of who you’re planning to hire.
  • Step 2: Search profiles on OnlineJobs.ph to find salary and skill information.
  • Step 3: Follow a recruiting process.
  • Step 4: Negotiate your terms.
  • Step 5: Give your VA their first task.

I delve into these steps deeper in the video, so don’t miss it.

This practical advice is one of many. Head on to our outsourcing education page to catch the whole series. You can also subscribe to our blog to be notified when new videos are published. Lastly, remember to subscribe to our YouTube channel too, we’ll be releasing new videos every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Alternatively, you can get the book I recently wrote titled The Outsourcing Lever. It’s about how I have done outsourcing over the years. Get more information here.
