When I hire I Filipino writer, I follow these 7 steps:

  1. Figure out what kind of writer you want
  2. Go to OJ and browse what you need
  3. Post your job at OJ
  4. Start interviewing. Ask questions in a bunch of emails (don’t do a skype interview)
  5. Give them a test task
  6. Negotiate your terms
  7. Hire them!

I know it seems like a lot of work to go through just to hire a Filipino writer. But it’s a process worth going through if you want to find the best person for the job. I explain in the video why every step is essential. And once you go through it, the process is actually easier than you think.
