Getting a VA to Work on your TimeZone – Practical Advice

Let’s talk about the time difference when you outsource to an OFS.

Filipinos live on the other side of the world. And the 12 hour is a big concern for some. How can you work with someone if you don’t work at the same time?

There is a simple solution. You just have to ask them during the hiring process.

There are OFS out there who are night owls. They prefer working at night because they’re more comfortable or productive at that time. You’ll be surprised at the number of Filipinos who prefer to working the night shift.

And the great thing about Filipinos is they don’t need to be micromanaged. You don’t have to worry about them even if they don’t work in your time zone.

I’m giving away a free book about how you can hire people from the Philippines to work on your business. It’s The Outsourcing Lever, and it’s free, you just have to pay for shipping!
