Finding your dream virtual assistant is just a click away – Case Study

Brielle Slate

Some people say that outsourcing through a virtual assistant agency makes the process easier, safer and more efficient. But does it really?

Brielle started outsourcing using the ‘safe’ route, hiring through an agency. But the thing is, when you hire through an agency, the VA doesn’t really work for you, the VA works for the agency. So Brielle didn’t see the results she expected from the VA. The passion and the commitment wasn’t there.  The VA was just there for the paycheck and nothing else.

That’s when Brielle finally tried Onlinejobs.ph. A few months later, she couldn’t be happier with her new VA. She’s a quick learner, a hard worker, and has become a valuable member of her team. Her VA is so wonderful, Brielle just had to share that experience. She sent me this email.

Hi John,

Command Your Brand Media is a podcast publicity agency and we value having a high-touch company that has a person behind everything. We tell everyone, we’re an agency, not an App!

They found their dream employee in her.

This year we finally bit the bullet and decided to outsource some of our administrative tasks. Because we were new to the virtual assistant realm, we originally went through a VA agency that outsources tasks to a team of their VA’s. We did not like this system because although it seems convenient, they’re not your employee or part of your team. When we decided to use Onlinejobs.ph and hire a VA to become part of our team, the agency scoffed at us and said it was going to be a nightmare. They couldn’t have been further from the truth!

When we signed up for the Pro Account on OnlineJobs.ph we immediately started to get applications in. I went through the first 50 applications and whittled my list to about 10 people I wanted to interview. After the first interview I knew I found our dream employee and set-up a second interview! Her goals were right in alignment with our company and we hired her immediately.

We wrote out detailed programs for her to learn and made videos of the tasks we wanted her to do. She got through her training materials in one weekend and by Monday she had arrived on her position and was on our weekly staff meeting call. She has been with us for a few months now and she is a valued and active member of our team. She knows her position so well that she is in charge of her area and makes suggestions to better her own outcomes. She works hard to get the job done and her work ethic is much higher than other people we have hired for her position in the United States.

It was so funny, one week she did her job so well that our program thought she was an automated robot and blocked her out of her account. She was apologetic and felt so bad that she couldn’t get back into her program. We then called her and laughed about it because she was doing too good a job!

We are so happy to have hired such an amazing team member from Onlinejobs.ph and we looking to see what other positions we can hire! We highly, highly recommend using Onlinejobs.ph!

Thanks again,
Brielle Slate

Hi Romme, you have to finish putting together your profile. It’s really easy. Then you go to jobs listings and apply to positions that may be a fit to your skills.
