Authors Who Lead Podcast

Listen in to our conversation here: https://authorswholead.com/2020/05/22/episode102/ “I want to run my own business.” This was what I told my college roommate. “Don’t you know that small business owners work more than anybody else?” he asked then. “Well, I’m gonna do it differently,” I answered. Looking back, I didn’t really think about what I would do to make this happen. I didn’t really know how I could do things differently. The only thing I know is that I couldn’t wait to quit my 9-to-5 job. I did quit the job and continued on my quest to do things differently, and that was what led me to the world of outsourcing. I had my share of mishaps and failures, and I was about to give up when another friend gave me the best advice — the one that made all the gears click and started the ball rolling.  And you know what, I think you know what that advice is. It’s what I’ve been telling entrepreneurs to do since 2005 — outsource to the Philippines. I sat down and had a conversation with Azul Terronez, co-founder of Authors Who Lead on their podcast. Authors Who Lead offers personalized coaching to people who want to write a book.  I share how OnlineJobs.ph came to be and share what I’ve learned working with Filipinos for 15 years. I talk about what to expect with my books, and how I’m hoping to help shift people’s mindset and realize they can hire the help they need with each book. If you’re wondering why OnlineJobs.ph is the top choice for outsourcing and why Filipinos make the best VAs, James Dooley and Paul Lipsky give you an answer. Just click their names to read their stories. You can also check out other stories like theirs on the blog. We also our Education Page for more tips on how to outsource to Filipino VAs the right way. And while you’re here, go ahead and sign up for an Onlinejobs.ph employer account and you can start hiring your first VA in minutes!
