There are 5 reasons why outsourcing is good for the local economy.
- Outsourcing brings you cheaper products.
The best example for this would be the products we get from China. When products are cheaper, you can buy more for your dollar. You’re not just buying the essentials. You save money or spend that money on other things.
- Creates better products.
Countries often specialize because every country is best at something. If you want the best cigars, you get the ones from Cuba. If you want really good coffee, get the ones from Columbia. China is really good when it comes to manufacturing. And the US is known for creating business systems. When you specialize, you get better. So it makes more sense to outsource jobs to people who can do it better than force ourselves to do everything and get bad results.
- A lot of businesses wouldn’t succeed without it.
Outsourcing gives business the help they otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford. It allows them to stay afloat and be more profitable. And you want entrepreneurs to stay in business because if they fail, they’ll be competing for your jobs.
- The savings we get from outsourcing allows business owners to hire locally.
When I first started, I couldn’t afford to hire a local employee. It’s not just because local employees are more expensive. When you’re a small business owner, it’s hard to compete with big businesses who can give better salaries. It was only after I started outsourcing and making a profit that I can start hiring local talent at competitive rates.
- It creates other markets to buy your product.
A lot of Apple products are made in China. But did you know that China is also Apple’s second biggest market? Outsourcing opens your eyes to new opportunities. I even know of some ecommerce guys that outsource who are also selling products in the Philippines. As the Philippine economy improves, their demand for US made products increases. So not only are you creating more jobs, you’re opening yourself up to new customers.
If you want to save money and outsource, go for it. You’re doing our economy a lot of good and that’s exactly what we need right now.

Its more like hiring a specialised technician. less cost because we are not obliged to pay there contribution. Less responsibilities, cause the person is not our employee it is just a on call technician. We don’t need to pay there training, they are just a worker who are skilled to there specialized position. Others may take over the work but maybe there to show there capabilities and acknowledge there hardwork.
